Faulty Items

If you consider you have a faulty product please call and discuss your issue with one of our friendly and experienced team members. Should your product need to be returned a staff member will advise you how to proceed further.

Change of Mind

Steinbok does not accept returns for change of mind,

Incorrect Orders

Whilst every order shipped is checked and double-checked from time to time a mistake can happen, if you have received an item that you didn’t’ order please contact HQ on 087-4413 457, a replacement will be shipped out. Do not use the item or we will not be able to accept the return or send you a replacement.

Returns Address & Method

To avoid items being lost in transit we recommend any returns are sent using Registered Post. Steinbok is not responsible for any items that go missing in the post. All items need to be sent back to:

Please allow acceptable time for your item to reach our HQ, in some cases it can be up to 10 business days. Items that are approved to be sent back free of charge will be given an address that will offer this service

​​Shipping Your Order

Steinbok makes every effort to ensure your goods are shipped within the fastest possible time. We receive hundreds of orders on any given day which must be invoiced, packed, weighed and labelled ready for shipping.

How soon your order arrives depends on the size of your order and where you reside within Ireland. Steinbok uses An Post, DPD, DHL and TNT couriers as we get closer to Christmas volumes increase dramatically and can impact on delivery times. Please do not leave placing your order to the last minute to avoid disappointment.

There are a number of variables that impact on the delivery time of product(s) the date of dispatch, size of the parcel, where you are located and the time of the year.

From Dispatch Date, your product can take anywhere from two to five days to arrive. If you are in rural areas this can be even longer. 

During peak season especially, placing your order online can make a difference as orders are automatically converted to invoices and printed each morning.

Shipping Address

For fast and efficient delivery we recommend a business address is provided where someone will be in attendance. If you have specific instructions please ensure you specify the details when making your order.

Authority to Leave

If an “Authority to Leave” has been provided the product will be left as instructed. Please be aware that Steinbok relinquishes the delivery company and itself from any responsibility in the event your order goes missing. Failure to leave an “Authority to Leave” may delay the delivery time as we will have to send slow mail to obtain a signature.

Goods Damaged in Transit

Steinbok ships goods in ‘new” condition. Should your goods arrive and appear damaged during transit “Do Not Accept Delivery” Take a photo of the damaged goods and advise the Dispatch Manager at Steinbok Head Office on 087-4413 457 so we can action a remedy.

Personal information we collect
