Steinbok makes every effort to ensure your goods are shipped within the fastest possible time. We receive hundreds of orders on any given day which must be invoiced, packed, weighed and labelled ready for shipping.
How soon your order arrives depends on the size of your order and where you reside within Ireland. Steinbok uses An Post, DPD, DHL and TNT couriers as we get closer to Christmas volumes increase dramatically and can impact on delivery times. Please do not leave placing your order to the last minute to avoid disappointment.
There are a number of variables that impact on the delivery time of product(s) the date of dispatch, size of the parcel, where you are located and the time of the year.
From Dispatch Date, your product can take anywhere from two to five days to arrive. If you are in rural areas this can be even longer.
During peak season especially, placing your order online can make a difference as orders are automatically converted to invoices and printed each morning.
For fast and efficient delivery we recommend a business address is provided where someone will be in attendance. If you have specific instructions please ensure you specify the details when making your order.
